The Atlantic Viniyoga Association is here!!! All the false starts are over. We’re on a roll. Check out the new website — www.atlanticviniyoga.com And while we’re on the subject, here’s a big singout for Mila JonesĀ  and NewMediaDrive who designed our website. If you’re looking for a web design group who are an absolute pleasure to work with, start with these folks!

But more about the Atlantic Viniyoga Association — who are we? We’re a loose collection of Viniyoga teachers, currently based in Fredericton but welcoming others from across the Atlantic provinces and New England States.

Right now, it’s a teaching collective. Our purpose is to promote the practice of yoga for people of all ages and stages. This blog will be used by Association members to add their own classes, workshops and items of interest to the broader yoga community.

Current members are: Helen Champion, Ana dos Santos, Kathryn Downton, Kate MacKay and Lisa Wilby.

We welcome your presence in our life,

Namaste,

Kate

This is the weblog for the Atlantic Viniyoga Association. The AVA is a teaching co-operative, currently based in Fredericton, NB. Our purpose is to promote the practice of Viniyoga in Atlantic Canada.

There will be more forthcoming in the next few weeks as we finalize our organization and our collective teaching schedules.
