This is the weblog for the Atlantic Viniyoga Association. The AVA is a teaching co-operative, currently based in Fredericton, NB. Our purpose is to promote the practice of Viniyoga in Atlantic Canada.
There will be more forthcoming in the next few weeks as we finalize our organization and our collective teaching schedules.
